ABOUT THE JOB

A & R Diagnostic, Inc. is hiring an experienced Rational Commercial Restaurant Equipment Service Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hot side restaurant equipment at our customer locations.

Our technicians also provide preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and respond to emergency service calls on equipment.

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair Commercial Hot Side Restaurant equipment - Ovens, Fryers, etc.

• Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

• Complete service calls promptly.

• Communicate effectively with customers, owners, and dispatchers.

• Participate in a normal rotation of after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.

• Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts.

• Maintain the service vehicle (Provided by the company)

• Attend training sessions.

• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.

• Strong customer communication skills.

• 100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized.

• Maintain a good personal appearance.

• Pass Background Check.

• Maintain a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record and preferred qualifications.

• Must be computer literate and savvy.

• Competitive Hourly Rates and Overtime Pay, if available.
